  • We’ll review your intake paperwork, discuss mental health concerns in more depth, address any questions about practice policies, discuss logistics including frequency of care, and identify treatment goals that will guide our work together.

  • We will decide upon a dedicated day and time to reserve specifically for you. We can meet weekly or every two weeks depending on needs and preferences. Appointments are 55 minutes in length.

  • This usually depends on progress made towards the treatment goals we identify in our first session. We will keep revisiting these goals during our work and reassess the need for ongoing care as we go.

  • All services are offered virtually at this time.

Given the sensitive nature of topics discussed in therapy, I ask that you use your best judgement when discussing certain topics in the presence of older children.

  • Yes! Please note that I do not offer couples or family therapy and conversations with your support person will still focus on your care and treatment goals. I ask that you provide me with at least one week’s notice prior to bringing a support person so we can plan around this.
